Westside Voices is a community engagement tool open to all residents of the Westside of the Portland metropolitan area. It provides an opportunity for residents to receive updates and weigh in on planning and community issues through short online surveys.
While those who have joined come from diverse backgrounds, it is notable that current data offers notable trends. For example, 7 in 10 (71%) of those surveyed identified themselves as female. In addition, 7 in 10 (73%) identified as as over 55. And, while only 5% noted an education level of "high school or less," the number of "some college" compared relatively well to those noting "4-year degree" and "post-graduate" studies. The range of cities is also widely represented, with Portland and Beaverton with the highest level of responses.
To really work, Westside Voices panel members should be representative of the entire region. Help us make this happen by inviting your friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers to join Westside Voices today!
